Trauma Informed, Healing Centered

At Be Well, we respect each individual’s unique journey towards healing. We also believe in a holistic and intentional (mindful) approach to healing. Our focus is to offer opportunities to engage in spiritual practices/exercises of various forms.

Today, we know (evidence-based) many of these practices have led many to healing and connecting opportunities. As a result, we have provide three distinct engagement opportunities where spiritual practices can be applied to your healing journey.

DISCUSSIONS

Be Well Discussions – Come to discuss topics that lead to healing/wellness conversations. Come to listen, to learn, to share (optional) and to be well.

1st Thursday of the Month

MOVEMENT LABS

Be Well Music/Movement Labs – Learn to move with an instrument (drum or guitar) to help stimulate healing when experiencing symptoms of mental dis-ease (anxiety, depression, paralysis, etc.).

GATHERING

Be Well Community Gatherings – Join us once a month for a Be Well Gathering. Meet in person, listen to healing music and hear/engage a story of hope (group style format).
