Welcome to Be Well, a community dedicated to providing safe and inclusive spaces. Individuals can experience healing through evidence-based spiritual practices.

We are trauma-informed, healing centered, and prioritize psychological safety. We believe in a holistic and intentional (mindful) approach to healing. We respect every person’s unique journey towards healing, which often requires different approaches. Our hope is that Be Well can be one of many spaces within our community where individuals can be well.

These practices have been proven to help manage symptoms of trauma (anxiety, depression, etc.), also known as mental dis-ease. Spiritual practices include: movement/play (music, breathing, stretching), learning, story telling (narrative theology) and community!

Members of Be Well are committed to: conversation, community, and spiritual practices that bring about wholeness and purpose. Such commitments are evidence-based practices, shown to bring about wellness and healing. At Be Well, we provide spaces where such commitments can be practiced, commitments to help manage symptoms of trauma (anxiety, depression, CPTSD/PTSD, etc.).
